VCCP set out to change the narrative surrounding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - from viewing it as a tick-box exercise or something that’s avoided for fear of ‘getting it wrong’, to encouraging us to embrace all our differences by celebrating what makes us, us.
To help reframe the conversation and launch VCCP’s new approach, we collaborated with spoken word artist, Samira Seini, heroing people from every department across the global network.
